Bike Rental bookings must be made by midnight the day before. 

NO SAME DAY RESERVATIONS. Same Day is First Come First Serve ONLY

All reservations made within 24 hours, or cancellations/changes with less than 24hours notice are non-refundable.

All changes or cancelations with 96-24hrs notice will be subject to a 10% processing fee.

SMOKE RELATED CANCELATIONS:

If the AQHI is at least 6 and has moved up 3points or more in the past 24hrs or since time of booking (if booking was made less than 24hrs in advance), bookings can be cancelled same day free of charge, Otherwise our standard cancelation policy applies. All E-bike rentals require valid government issued photo ID ( pictures/photocopies not accepted) , a $250 credit card deposit and riders to be 19yrs+

We operate Rain or Shine.

No-shows or bookings for the incorrect date will lead to forfeiture of your booking and payment.

All rentals must remain on the KVR between the Myra and Ruth station gates.
